Until just a few years I was obese, smoking heavily, and making very poor lifestyle decisions. It resulted in more than just physical health issues but mental as well.
I joined the Military and was quickly faced with the glaring realization that I desperately needed to change. I transformed my lifestyle to become the person I wanted to be through behaviour modification, discipline, and exercise. I lost over 60 pounds, and actively sought out the toughest physical challenges the army could throw at me. I am currently still involved with the military in many capacities but have entered the private health industry to help others achieve success with personal fitness.
By combining my experiences working with soldiers and the knowledge gained from my personal training certifications, I strive to create the most effective training solutions for each individual. I gained confidence through strength and now want to show others how to do the same.
